Shooter sentenced nearly 34 years after stray bullet killed passing bicyclist in Encanto [Breaking]
A judge on Thursday sentenced a man to 11 years in state prison for fatally shooting a passing bicyclist more than three decades ago in Encanto.
At his sentencing hearing, Salceda told the victim’s family he was “very sorry,” but said, “unfortunately, I was put in a position where I had to defend myself for having a gun pointed at me.”
