Betty Sue Taylor was found with Timothy M. Schultheis, 23, who was arrested, officials said. Arrangements were made to reunite her with her family.
Betty also had been entered into the Arizona and National Crime Information Center database as a missing person.
Schultheis was located in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, with the help of the FBI in Arizona, New Mexico and South Carolina, officials said. The Sheriff's Office did not release details as to the circumstances leading to Betty's disappearance nor Schultheis' connection to her.
