Carlo Watson is being held without bail, and he currently has no scheduled court date.
San Francisco police announced on Wednesday afternoon that a 57-year-old man is in custody after he allegedly killed one person and injured three others when he crashed a carjacked, city-owned vehicle during a chase.
Watson and four others were injured in the collision. Police said 58-year-old man later died of his wounds, though authorities did not release his name. The three other victims' injuries weren't life-threatening, according to police.
