Smaller deficits of $384 million in 2023-24, $321 million in 2024-25 and $165 million in 2025-26 are expected for the medium-term.An increase of $531 million, or 3.1 per cent, from last year’s budget with further investments in health, social services and assistance, education and protection of persons and property.Up $2.7 billion from last year’s budget.
