SAN LEANDRO — Two men were injured in a shooting during an attempted burglary Sunday at a marijuana-cultivation site, with police arresting one of several suspects who led officers on a high-speed chase into Oakland, authorities said.
Officers arrived minutes later and learned burglary suspects were exchanging gunfire with people tending a marijuana-cultivation site. Officers at the scene soon found a burglary suspect suffering from a gunshot wound. That suspect was later hospitalized in critical condition, police said.
