San Antonio’s first good chance at goal came in the seventh minute when Niko Hansen took a pass from Cristian Parano and worked his way to the center of the box but his low shot was saved by Phoenix goalkeeper Rocco Rios Novo. Phoenix nearly went in front in the 44th minute when Danny Trejo fired a shot at goal. San Antonio goalkeeper Jordan Farr was able to save the shot and keep the game scoreless.
