“As a Sukhoi Su-34 air force plane was flying over the city of Belgorod there was an accidental discharge of aviation ammunition,” state news agency Tass cited the defense ministry as saying.The Russian Defense Ministry said one of its Su-34 warplanes accidentally discharged ammunition over the city about 15 miles from the Ukrainian border.The ministry said some buildings had been damaged and announced a probe was already underway, according to Tass.
