He’s starred alongside Adam Sandler in several feature films and in movies like “The Hot Chick,” “The Animal” and “50 First Dates.” 9 p.m.

Canadian comic and actor Russell Peters began performing in 1989. In 2004, he went mainstream on the Canadian TV show “Comedy Now!,” featuring some of Canada’s rising comedians. Peters is a first-generation Indian-Canadian who uses his comedic style to highlight racial, ethnic, class and cultural stereotypes. In 2007, he became the first comedian to sell out Air Canada Centre.
