On Monday at 9 a.m., Stone Avenue and Toole Avenue/Franklin Street intersection, which includes the Stone Avenue underpass, will be closed. The public is encouraged to come out and bike and walk on the new roadway.
In addition to the downtown closures, there will be overnight ramp closures and lane restrictions on Interstate 10 starting Sunday.
