Houston police investigating after a rifle round grazed a man's forehead Friday night during a shooting at an east Houston apartment complex.Two men wearing masks went toward the front of the property, around the gates, and shot rifle rounds"numerous times" from a distance, according to Willkens. "We don't know exactly why they were shooting at him or in his direction," he said."We don't even really know if he was the target."
