Backers of the abortion amendment say they could appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court over what they deemed inaccuracies in the language the Ballot Board approved.

State law allows ballot language to be the same as the proposal, wrote the attorney, Don McTigue. “As written, the full text of the ballot amendment is clear, concise, and direct,” McTigue wrote. “..
