In September of 2020, two little boys died after a suspected DUI driver struck them while crossing the street with their family in Westlake Village. Today, that suspected driver, 58-year-old Rebecca Grossman, attended the third day of her preliminary hearing.
The preliminary hearing will determine if there is enough evidence to send her case to trial.
The two kids were killed right in front of their parents. Grossman was arrested about half a mile from the scene. The video was used by the defense to show that their client was not impaired or drunk, but at the time of the crash, she blew a .075 and .076 on the breathalyzer.
