The Bravo star also expressed some trepidation while getting ready to fly from Arizona to New York in order to prepare for the proceedings, telling Gay,“I had, like, a full-on anxiety attack this morning because I have to, like, actually fly to New York, and I’m going by myself.

While Shah initially pleaded not guilty to the charges and has maintained her innocence on the show, shein July, agreeing to a sentencing guideline of 135 to 168 months in prison for the wire fraud charge . She told the judge she would not appeal the ruling if she is found guilty and sentenced to no more than 168 months, which amounts to 14 years. Shah also agreed to forfeit $6 million in addition to paying more than $9 million in restitution.
