With early voting for the 2022 Illinois midterm election fully underway, President Joe Biden is scheduled to arrive in Chicago Friday in an effort to stump for Democrats running for offices across the state.

Another source said the stop is likely an event for the AAPI Victory Fund, a political action committee. Sen.
