The Bidens on Friday will visit Rocky Mount, N.C., to talk about workforce training for students, the White House announced in a news release Saturday evening. The president and first lady also will stop at Fort Liberty, where they will meet military service members and promote Jill Biden’sThe base, originally named for Confederate Gen. Braxton Bragg, was
