In fact, it would pass as an art project for school although the responsible team wouldn’t go home with an A+. Joking aside, there is no shame in failing to complete a job, but we can’t wrap our heads around why the DIY project didn’t stop in the early stages.
In any case, the best solution for this art piece is to be unwrapped and taken to a professional shop for proper treatment. The other option is to tear it off and let the original bodywork as it is, as this attempt at covering it has obviously gone
