A man was shot and killed Friday afternoon in West Valley City.
WEST VALLEY CITY — West Valley police are seeking a person of interest in connection with the shooting death of a man Friday afternoon.
Brian Torres, 21, was killed and the shooter fled the scene, according to police.The shooting is being investigated and the victim's name has not been released.
