Damarco McNairy of Euclid died at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center after he was shot multiple times, according to police. Police say a “disturbance” occurred in the apartment before the shooting, but still have not released additional details about what happened.
A 21-year-old Cleveland woman, Danielle Dejarnette, also was shot Monday. Dejarnette was listed in stable condition Tuesday at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, police say. A 21-year-old male suspect in the shooting, Chi Sean Oglesby of Elyria, was arrested at about 9 p.m. Monday in East Cleveland. Oglesby is being held in the Lorain County Jail..
