After a weeklong search, police arrested a suspect Friday in an armed robbery of a Georgia gun range that left its owner, his wife and grandson dead.
Jacob Christian Muse, 21, of College Park, Georgia, is charged with three counts of malice murder,Muse was booked into the Coweta County Jail in northwest Georgia, according to the statement.
Law enforcement agents investigate the scene of a fatal robbery at Lock Stock & Barrel Shooting Range late Friday, April 8, 2022 in Coweta County, Ga., about 50 miles southwest of Atlanta. Authorities say a couple and their grandson are dead after an armed robbery at the gun range. The Grantville Police Department said via Facebook that the robbery occurred Friday evening.
Concerned about the number of weapons that were stolen, federal authorities offered a $15,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction. It was not immediately clear if the reward would be awarded, and police did not offer more details regarding the arrest.
