The shooting in the East Allegheny neighbourhood of Pittsburgh has seen multiple people hospitalized.
"As many as 10 gunshot victims are being treated at area hospitals, three of them critical.In another update, the department confirmed that two people had died.
"Two victims have been pronounced deceased. There are also several injuries from individuals escaping gunfire," the tweet said."The investigation is ongoing."At least 10 people have been injured in a shooting in Pittsburgh, police said.
