The suspect then took off in the city’s Frankford section, crashed and then stole packages and ran away. “I would not have thought of crime as an issue,” North Jersey resident Victoria Zimmerman said. “We didn’t feel nervous driving around the city, we don’t feel nervous walking around the city.”
