Patio restaurant Smoky Rose to expand to new Dallas spot: former Dallas Eagle gay bar
Cantina la Rosa, a coming-soon restaurant related to Smoky Rose in East Dallas, will serve mole with oxtail and white rice. Cantina la Rosa is expected to open in 2024.Seven years after David Cash opened the sprawling patio bar Smoky Rose near the Dallas Arboretum, he’s partnering with his brother and two restaurant workers to open a hacienda with similar DNA.
