Pacers Don't Plan To Keep All Five Picks In 2023 Draft - RealGM Wiretap

The Indiana Pacers have five picks in the 2023 NBA Draft. Indiana is slotted to select players at picks 7, 26, 29, 32 and 55.

Pacers president Kevin Pritchard knows that's more picks than his team will make. Pritchard also know that having five picks gives Indiana options. “We’re not gonna keep all five picks, but there’s just a lot of things we can do,” said Pritchard. “And my guess is we’ll get a lot of offers for those picks too.”

Indiana has been active in draft-related trades in the past. Pritchard has been willing to trade draft picks for established players, to package picks together to move up in the draft, and he's also traded out of selections to add future picks down the line. The Pacers hosted at least 62 players for draft workouts. With five picks, they're in the mix for players in all ranges of the draft board.
