Pennsylvania is one of the worst states when it comes to offering appliances on home listings.

They ended up pulling 10 listing from 50 of the most populated zip codes — resulting in over 24,550 properties getting analyzed — before surveying over 1,000 respondents about their thoughts on appliance inclusion when buying a new home.
Turns out that Pennsylvania ranks 43rd overall when it comes to home listing offering appliances, placing it amongst the 10states to do so in the country, specifically when it comes to offering clothes washers and ranges. Bit of a shame, really, as a total of 42.6 percent respondents consider ranges a must when considering a potential new house. About 38.6 percent feel the same about a clothes washer.“Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Washington included the most appliance-related information in their home listings,” reads the study.
