It was love at first lockdown.
In February 2020, New Yorkers Matt Robertson and Khani Le met on Hinge and had a great first date at an Indian restaurant. The fun continued at an axe throwing range for their second date.
“You get real close real quick,” said Le, who had recently gotten out of a relationship and wasn’t looking for anything serious. “There was no hiding whatsoever.”Unfortunately, once in Costa Rica, Robertson and Le weren’t as excited to be intimate with one another as they’d been while on dates in New York City.After Robertson and Le introduced physical intimacy into their lockdown routine, their romantic relationship began to take form.
The three of them now live together on the Lower East Side. Robertson and Le have no plans to marry — yet.
