Just before 1 p.m., a 911 call reported the fire in the 1300 block of Idylwyld Drive North, the fire department said in a news release. One of the occupants who had evacuated told crews someone might still be inside. Firefighters were able to breach the front door, which was locked, and start extinguishing the fire and searching for the remaining occupant. At 1:18 p.m., they found the body of a man of unknown age who had succumbed to the fire on the upper floor.Article content
