are trying to pass legislation aimed at banning drag performances with kids in attendance, according to a bill authored by Republican state Representative Kevin West and introduced to the state House on Thursday.
He goes on to suggest passing a law banning this kind of performance from taking place in a public property or location"where the adult cabaret performance could be viewed by a person who is a minor."
