CINCINNATI, Ohio — A 31-year-old man is facing multiple counts of rape, putting his young victim through an “unimaginable” ordeal, according to the Hamilton County prosecutor.
According to the prosecutor’s office, Between the dates of May 2021 and February 2022, Abass raped the victim, identified as B.W. and his girlfriend’s daughter, on multiple occasions between May 2021 and February. The victim was 12 years old when the abuse began, prosecutors say.
