A 38-year-old Bronx woman was found dead in her bed this week with injuries to her face and neck — and blood splattered around her apartment, cops said Thursday.
Lissette Gomez’s body was discovered around 12:45 p.m. Wednesday inside her apartment on Cauldwell Avenue near Westchester Avenue in the Woodstock neighborhood, authorities said.Google Maps Cops who showed up there after someone called 911 found blood around the apartment and Gomez dead in bed, with serious wounds on her face and neck, police said. She was pronounced dead by EMS.The city Medical Examiner’s Office will make an official ruling.
