It was quite a memorable New Year’s Eve for Karen Michalczyk, who learned through the digital grapevine she won a brand-new $669,000 North Royalton house as part of the “A Home for the Holidays” raffle.
“My sister’s friend saw that ‘Karen from North Olmsted’ won the prize,” said Michalczyk, a 1977 Magnificat High School graduate.

Custom-built by Edgewood Homes, the 2,517-square-foot ranch in the Pine Hills subdivision features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a home office with 14-foot ceilings, a walk-out basement and a three-car garage.
