Planned food items at Huntsville's Catch 25 include: Steamed king crab legs, three flavors of chargrilled oysters, and a bone-in aged porkchop. A fried green tomatoes appetizer will be served over gouda cheese grits.
The number 25 is one of the things they have in common. Fran Bolden was born on the 25th of September and Jerrel Wynn on October 25.
Besides the number 25, Bolden and Wynn also share a fondness for enjoying a good craft beer, cider or wine with their seafood. “So we thought, huh, it might be interesting to combine them,” Bolden says. “And give people some different choices of seafood and craft beer and different drink options. The biggest thing is it’s different.”
