An early look at the European market 2024 Ford Ranger Tremor might be a preview for the North American version. Check out the full gallery.
Ford likely won't show the new Ranger in the U.S. until sometime in the spring or early summer, but we may already have an early look. Ford Europe has just released images and details on. The Tremor is based on the Ranger XLT and shares its chassis with the Euro-market Wildtrak X along with its all-wheel drive system.
The suspension geometry is revised for a"more planted stance," according to Ford. The Tremor also features a tubular sports bar, two exposed front tow hooks, Bilstein dampers, and cast aluminum side steps. A new flexible rack system will be available as an option and allow users to fold the roof rack and accommodate longer items thanks to a sliding rear load hoop. In case you couldn't tell, Ford is really pushing for a"rugged" vibe here.
The question is, how much of that cool stuff is the United States market going to get? We couldn't say with absolute certainty and Ford is likely going to remain tight lipped about it since the North American debut of the Ranger Tremor is only a few months away. At the same time, it isn't absurd for anyone to think that most of the goodies on the European-spec Ford Ranger Tremor will make their way stateside with some slight tweaks.
