A player with the New England Patriots is facing numerous charges after TSA agents found two loaded guns packed in his luggage at Boston’s Logan Airport.
The Transportation Security Administration says officers arrested Patriots’ Cornerback Jack Jones on Friday.
The plane was heading to Los Angeles. But Jones didn't make that flight. Instead, he was booked and ordered to pay a $50,000 bail. The bail eventually was reduced to $30,000 and Jones posted the amount. Jones is due back in court next week.The Patriots released a statement on Saturday that said in part the team is aware of Jones' arrest and is in the process of gathering more information.
