Naked man reportedly fondles himself after following woman home in Vista [Breaking]
Deputies were investigating after a man followed a woman to her home in Vista, got out of his car while naked and fondled himself Tuesday afternoon, officials said.The woman’s motherabout the incident on social media and shared a photo she said her daughter took of the man. The picture shows a man who appears to be wearing only shoes — the hip area is blurred out — as he is standing outside of a car, a silver or light blue Nissan Altima.
The victim, whose age was unavailable, described the man as Latino, about 20 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 150 pounds, with brown hair. He was wearing a teal shirt at one point, officials said.
