New Jersey’s craft breweries scored a small victory Wednesday in their years-long battle against over regulation in the Garden State. A state Assembly oversight committee on Wednesday advanced legislation to repeal restrictions on breweries that prevent them from offering food and limit the number of events they can hold each year., would allow craft breweries to offer food for delivery in their tasting rooms from any outside restaurants, food vendors or food trucks, and to hold an unlimited number of special events each year.
