Admittedly, the situation at the University of Saskatchewan isn’t all wine and roses. As noted in the letter, in the past four years funding for all post-secondary schools in Saskatchewan has fallen by 13.7 per cent. It shouldn’t be this way. Manitoba isn’t all that much bigger, but has three with the University of Manitoba similar in size and scope to the U of S.
