A Chicago man has been charged with murder and arson in the 2020 death of a 34-year-old woman who was found inside a burning home, police said Sunday. Victor Terrell, 35, was arrested Friday and charged with first-degree murder, aggravated arson and arson concealing a death, according to Chicago police.Police said Terrell participated in the arson and the woman’s death on Nov. 9, 2020, in the 5000 block of West Gladys Avenue in the South Austin neighborhood.
