State lawmakers Wednesday gave final legislative passage to a package of bills that aim to reduce hunger and food insecurity in New Jersey, something that affects 1 in 12 residents and 1 in 10 children, according state and federal data.will decide whether to sign the measures into law after both the state Senate and Assembly passed the bills on a busy final session at the Statehouse in Trenton before summer break.
