Irving-based apartment builder JPI is planning a second phase to its apartment community in Lewisville's Castle Hills development.
disclosed plans for a 380-unit rental community in the almost 3,000-acre Castle Hills development south of State Highway 121.
Now JPI is planning a second phase to the Castle Hills Marketplace apartment development that will add another 381 units, according to planning documents filed with the state.The more than 700,000-square-foot development is planned at 4550 Windhaven Parkway. Construction is to start in January.
