The co-creator of the Netflix teen hit attended the Los Angeles premiere last night in a look appropriate for any rom-com. Styled by Hayley Atkin, Kaling wore a lovely colorblock gown in shades of red and pink from Bibhu Mohapatra Resort 2023 collection. The dress featured a strapless dusty rose top with puffy balloon elbow-length sleeves attached to the torso, and ended in a maroon ankle-length column skirt.
The star finished the look with a pair of open-toed stilettos with gold straps, and accessories including large diamond earrings, a dainty bracelet, and a ruby ring. Her beauty look included a loose bun with tendrils at the sides and matching rosy makeup.The actress, director, and producer shared pics of her look on Instagram ahead of the premiere, where she wore a beaming smile as she posed in front of greenery.
