It should come as no surprise that the majority of military recruits come from the three largest states: Texas, California, and Florida, with most coming from the South , which is largely conservative and more traditional. If the military wants to reflect the culture they recruit from, then it does not make sense to embrace, at all costs, a radical left-wing agenda.

The Army has recently adopted its old recruiting slogan “Be all that you can be.” While this is a familiar favorite, the subliminal message and undertone seem to resonate differently than they did in decades prior. In today’s modern military, being all you can be means you can be anything: trans, gay, neurodivergent, non-binary, etc.

Recent statements from Space Force Lt. Gen. Deanna Burt, deputy chief of space operations for operations, cyber, and nuclear, has given the game away. Her statements highlight that the Department of Defense is all in on the political effort to force the public to bend the knee to a radical ideological minority. She stated, “The diverse and inclusive tapestry of the Department of Defense must continue to embrace the LGBTQ+ community.
