A team of experts will address these and other issues impacting older Americans at The State of Mental Health: The Elderly” at 6 p.m. Monday at theThe forum is free and open to the public, and registration is encouraged:The forum is a collaboration among the World Affairs Council of Harrisburg, PennLive and The Patriot-News, Highmark and Millersville University. It will be streamed to PennLive’s Facebook page, as well as to that of the World Affairs Council of Harrisburg.
