The Duke and Duchess of Sussex spread waves of fun and optimism during the Invictus Games today.
The couple is staying in Germany until the conclusion of the event on Sept. 16.with the former military man at the “Friends @ Home Event” and she gave a heartwarming speech about the Invictus Games.Markle and Harry attended a wheelchair basketball tournament on Wednesday.She joked to the audience she was tardy due to her kids Lilibet and Archie. “I just had to spend a little more time getting our little ones settled at home, putting milkshakes for their school drop-off,” Markle quipped.
“I’m really, really proud to be part of this Invictus family with all of you. I’m grateful for all of you that are here,” Markle gushed. She went on: “I just landed a couple hours ago and I am thrilled that the first event that I can do for Invictus is here with all of you. It is amazing and I hear the week so far has gotten off to a good start, is that right?”
