The Allen Fire Department on Monday released call and response time data related to the Allen Premium Outlets mass shooting.
Monday’s report laid out the response of emergency medical crews as well as some of the communication dispatchers were receiving during the mass shooting at Allen Premium Outlets.

Within five minutes of the first call about the Allen Premium Outlets shooting, dispatch notes showed emergency crews receiving information about victims at various stores at the mall. Emergency crews also dealt with unsubstantiated reports of a second possible gunman, the notes state. Eight people were killed and seven wounded in what was the second-deadliest mass shooting in the U.S. this year. An Allen police officer fatally wounded the lone gunman, 33-year-old Mauricio Garcia, to stop the attack.
