To get into character while filming AntManandTheWaspQuantumania, Jonathan Majors would show up early and jog around the set in his Kang costume 😮

Jonathan Majors had an odd way of getting into character as Kang in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. He was initially introduced as He Who Remains at the end of Loki, but despite his short stint as the variant, the actor has a long future ahead in the MCU as Kang the Conqueror. The villain is set to headline Destin Daniel Cretton's Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, but before that, he will be in Peyton Reed's Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania as the primary villain.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY Since it closes out Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne's MCU trilogy, Marvel Studios is going bigger for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The first two films in the Marvel Studios sub-franchise were mostly separated from the bigger universe. The threequel, however, will be different. It will be integral in the franchise's exploration of the multiverse in the MCU's Multiverse Saga.

Stephen Broussard, an executive producer on Loki and a producer on Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, recalls how Majors had “an insane work ethic” and would show up early on set every day wearing his Kang outfit, then jog around the soundstage with his portable speaker. What To Expect From Kang In Ant-Man 3 It's difficult to say what to expect from Kang the Conqueror in the threequel since there's still no official film footage released to the public. But, based on the event-exclusive trailer for Ant-Man 3 that debuted at D23 Expo 2022, Kang seemed menacing through the way he talks and handles himself.

Right now, Majors has already wrapped up in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. It's uncertain if there are other projects he will be in, although he is expected to be in Loki season 2 because of how the first season was left off. But aside from that, Majors' next big MCU outing will be on Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. The actor admits that he has had talks with Cretton about how to approach the character.
