Two people were shot, one fatally, at an apartment complex in McKinney on the Fourth of July,Officers responded around 11 p.m. Tuesday to a report of shots fired in the 700 block of Bumpas Street, at the Woodside Village apartment complex.
Two people were struck, investigators said, and one of them died.Authorities identified 28-year-old Christian Ross as the man who died. Police said a man, whose name has not been released, was wounded and is receiving treatment at the hospital.
