Al Green , joined activists outside the Supreme Court following the ruling, telling reporters: “The hell with the Supreme Court, we will defy them.” “You see this turnout here? You ain’t seen nothing yet,” the California Democrat, who serves as chairwoman of the House Committee on Financial Services, also warned.
Maxine Waters and Al Green among members of Congress who've shown up outside the Supreme Court to denounce the end of Roe. "Women are going to control their bodies, no matter how they try and stop us," Waters says. "The hell with the Supreme Court, we will defy them."
