“Whimsical, out of the box – that’s what this room is really the heart of,” Seaman said. “From the baskets on the ceiling, the utensils on the wall, the rustic pieces - I think you know you’re in a kitchen,” Seaman said.The porch is the smallest of the rooms and can serve private dining. The plan is for renovation here to start in a few weeks.Color is going to be freshened. A large centerpiece table area – nice for corporate dinners but a bit too rigid for other gatherings - is being removed.
