Star Wars alum Mark Hamill has addressed his possible involvement in Lucasfilm's upcoming Daisy Ridley-led movie.
Hamill hinted that there are currently no plans for his possible return as Luke Skywalker in the untitled project. When asked about the possibility of Luke appearing as a Force ghost in the movie, the actor admitted he doesn’t “any expectations of that happening.”In addition, Hamill also recalled his experience filming Luke and R2-D2’s touching scene in 2017’s The Last Jedi.
“Well, the whole thing was emotional, because when I read [Episode] VIII, I knew it was over,” He said. “So I was relishing every moment, but also saying goodbye to all those people that I had associated with over the years.
