UPDATE: A 17-year-old suspect was charged with manslaughter in a shooting at an apartment complex on Shannon Road.
According to TPD, the suspect identified in the shooting, 17-year-old Isaiah Marquez Arellano, turned himself into police detectives on Tuesday, April 4.Police say he has been booked into the Pima County Jail and is being held on a $1,000,000 bond.As officers arrived, they found an unresponsive man inside a parked car.The victim was identified as 18-year-old Ruben Rios. Next of kin has been notified.
